Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Please carefully read the following Terms & Conditions text before using our Affiliate Program. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.

• Modifications
  We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules.
• Enrollment
  To enroll in the affiliate program, you must accept the Terms & conditions.
• Promo
  You will be provided with a special promo promo materials (links, banners, widget and coupon code) to share.
• Commission
  All affiliates receive a commission from orders placed by affiliate referrals for 1 year from the date your customer initially clicked your affiliate link. After 1 year your affiliate will need to click one of your referral links again to renew for another year.
• Amount of Commission
  The amount of commission you receive will vary depending on the program you are participating in. Please see your program details on your account dashboard for specific details of amount of commission that may be earned.
• Commission Holding Period
  All commissions are held for 30 days after the date of order completion before they are available for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals
  You must have a balance of $100 or more in your affiliate account before you can request a withdrawal. All withdrawal requests must be in the sum of $25 or greater.
• Refunds & Returns
  In the event an order is returned within 30 days of delivery, the commission will be subtracted from your available balance.
• Termination
  Either https://www.shopjanemart.com/ or the affiliate may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Once the agreement is terminated, you should remove all links to the https://www.shopjanemart.com/ website as well as all https://www.shopjanemart.com/ trademarks and logos.
